Charlesgate is a thesis film, completed through Emerson’s BA capstone program. The production included over thirty cast and crew members and was filmed in a combination of sound stages and on location, all in Boston, MA. The crew built two differing period-piece sets in a sound stage, one of them a college dorm hallway and the other, an old abandoned basement. Pre-production spanned over three months, with production lasting two weeks. I was the producer on the project, coordinating all communication with the cast and crew, securing locations, and facilitating all aspects of production. Charlesgate is currently in post-production.

Logline: Set in the 80's, Charlesgate is a suspense thriller that covers the true story of Emerson students attempting to uncover secrets of their haunted dorm building, The Charlesgate.
